Every bottle of Q Farm brings you the generosity of the warm Aegean sun and the healing power of the fertile Aegean soil that nourishes our olives. With deep respect for these lands and the ancient legacy of olive trees, we carry out our work with great care. We believe that in order for an olive tree to yield abundantly, it must be tended with devotion and cared for continuously, always respecting its nature.
Our Philosophy: From Nature to Your Table – Health and Flavor
At Q Farm, we are guided by the philosophy of offering the most natural, the healthiest, and the most delicious. We continuously monitor our olives and harvest them at optimum ripeness, before they touch the ground, using traditional methods. The harvested olives are cold-pressed within 8–24 hours at the latest. Throughout this process, neither the olives nor our olive oil ever come into contact with plastic. After pressing, we carefully store our olive oils away from air and light, in warehouses maintained at a constant temperature of 15–16 °C, and present them to you in our specially designed glass bottles. To produce one liter of Q Farm Olive Oil, we use between 15 and 65 kilograms of carefully selected olives.
Thanks to this meticulous production process, we obtain a flawless olive oil with low acidity, an intense fruity taste, a balanced body, and record-level biophenol values.
