Q Farm Delice Extra Virgin Olive Oils

The wild child of nature, Delice, is the ancestor of the olive. These are wild olive trees that have never been genetically altered or grafted and grow naturally on their own. Their natural resistance to drought, disease, and pests makes them not only strong trees but also a silent assurance of sustainable agriculture. 

The oil obtained from Delice olives is extremely valuable due to its high biophenol content, low acidity, and rich phenolic compounds. However, especially in the Muğla region, harvesting Delice olives grown at high altitudes is very difficult.

Because the fruit is small and has very low yield, the cost of Delice olive oil is also high. Although the yield varies depending on the season, region, and variety, approximately 1 kg of oil can be obtained from 20 to 41 kg of Delice olives. 

Q Farm Delice olives never come into contact with plastic at any stage. They are cold-pressed in two-phase systems within 8 to 24 hours at the latest. After pressing, the oils are transferred to stainless steel tanks and stored under ideal cold-air conditions until they reach your table.
