Q Farm Early Harvest Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

At Q Farm, the harvest begins with the meticulous year-round monitoring of our trees and olives. For our Early Harvest, we collect the olives between September 1–15, while they are still green and fresh, by hand and using special bone rakes. The harvested olives never come into contact with plastic at any stage and are pressed within 8–24 hours at the latest. 

The extracted oils are transferred to stainless steel tanks and stored under ideal cold-air conditions. Our Early Harvest olive oils are the natural result of this delicate process.

Our Early Harvest series reflects the vibrancy and aromatic richness of the olive in its purest form. Fruity aromas such as green almond, almond, grass, green banana, artichoke, and green tomato are intensely present in our olive oils. They offer perfect harmony with every dish—from salads to grilled foods, from appetizers to desserts—bringing the natural touch of five-star chefs to your kitchen.
